Eleanor Houghton

Eleanor Houghton is a renowned Brontë scholar, writer and illustrator. She curated 'Defying Expectations', a large-scale exhibition on the surviving wardrobe of Charlotte Brontë in collaboration with the Brontë Parsonage Museum. Eleanor's expert knowledge of 18th and 19th century clothing, literature and social history mean that she is often called upon to work as consultant for film and television, novelists and museums.
