Description
In the second book of this swoony, striking YA duology, a teen girl finds herself reluctantly stepping into the role of superhero.
Jenna Ray was supposed to be a Love Interest--beautiful, powerless, and completely focused on supporting a hero like Blaze. Instead, she found out she's a hero, with powers of her own.
It turns out, though, that having superpowers doesn't make saving the world any easier. Now, Jenna has to sign up with the Hero and Powers Association to become a registered superhero. This means pretending that she doesn't know about the HPA's power-stealing evil scheme, and hiding the fact that her mother is involved with the Villains. Worst of all, it means she can't be with Blaze--workplace relationships are strictly forbidden.
As Jenna tries to fix the HPA from the inside, her secrets keep piling up and the stakes only grow more dangerous. With no one to turn to, she must make a decision: save the world or follow her heart?
