Melis Uzdurum is Assistant Professor of Archaeology at Ondokuz Mayis University, Türkiye. Her research interests are focused on the geoarchaeology of Southwest Asia, complex societies, techno-environmental dynamics of earthen building materials and the relationship between human material culture and the environment.
