rashné limki is currently employed as Lecturer in Work and Organisation studies at the University of Edinburgh, UK, where she is also co-convenor the Edinburgh Race Equality Network. Her academic thinking and writing focus mainly on the role of coloniality in the world as is, and the possibilities for decolonisation. She is currently working on a manuscript on Decolonisation and the Future of Work.
